Fictional example showing a business email address and a consistent email signature.

A small detail customers notice

Your business identity continues after the first enquiry.

Customers may find you through Google, a recommendation or social media. When you reply, your business email helps carry the same identity through quotes, bookings and ongoing conversations.

Make the sender recognisable

Your business name appears in your email address, helping customers connect your reply with the company they contacted.

A customer has asked for a quote

They receive a reply from your business domain with your name, business details and signature together. It gives them a clearer connection between the enquiry they made and the reply in their inbox.

Give every reply a consistent finish

A branded email signature brings your contact details and useful links into the conversation without typing them out each time.

A customer wants to contact you again

Your signature can provide your phone number, website and agreed business links. The customer has a convenient place to find those details while reading your message.

Build foundations you can grow

Start with your business domain and email, then build your website or add practical business tools when you are ready.

You are starting a new business

You can begin using a professional address on quotes, business cards and supplier accounts before you have a full website. A website can later use the same business domain.

Already known by your current email address?

You do not need to change everything overnight. I can review your current setup and help plan the move, including which devices, published contact details and existing accounts need attention.

The setup taken care of

Your business address, ready for everyday use.

I help you choose the right address, configure the service and get it working on your agreed devices. You have someone to contact who understands how it was set up.

Domain and address

Choose an available business domain and an email address that suits how you work.

Already own a domain?

I review where it is registered and how it is currently used before making changes. An existing website and its connection need to be considered when setting up email.

Email configuration

Your mailbox and the relevant domain settings are configured for your chosen email service.

What happens behind the scenes?

I configure the routing and sender authentication supported by your service, then test sending and receiving. Correct configuration supports reliable email delivery, although no provider can guarantee every message reaches an inbox.

Access on your devices

Get help connecting your business email on the phone or computer agreed as part of your setup.

Can I use my usual email app?

We check compatibility with your preferred app and the selected service before setup. Available options may include an email app, the provider’s own app or browser access.

Branded email signature

Present your name, business identity and useful contact links consistently in your messages.

What can the signature include?

Your logo, name, contact details and agreed website or business links. The signature is prepared for the supported email app or service, with its display checked during setup.

A planned changeover

Review your existing email arrangements before introducing your new business address.

What about my old messages?

If you need existing messages moved or forwarding arranged, I check what is possible with your current provider. Any migration work, limitations and additional cost are agreed before proceeding.

Direct local support

Speak to the person who configured your business email and understands your setup.

What if I need help later?

Contact me about your managed email service. The support included, renewal arrangements and any separately charged work are explained in your quote.

A clear price for the setup you need.

Your quote confirms the domain, number of mailboxes, email service, device setup and ongoing costs. If you already have a domain or need existing email moved, that is reviewed first.

Before you get started

Business email questions answered.

Do I need a website to have business email?

No. You can use a business domain for email without having a website. It is a useful starting point if you want a professional address for customers, suppliers, quotes and business stationery.

Can I keep using my personal email?

Yes. Your personal account can remain in use while you introduce your business address. We can plan which contact details need updating so customers know where to reach you.

What if I already own my business domain?

I check your existing domain, website and email arrangements first. Where suitable, your current domain can be used. Any access or changes needed are explained before work begins.

Can I have an address using my name as well as info?

Yes, subject to your chosen service. For example, you might use your name for direct correspondence and info for general enquiries. I explain whether an additional address can deliver to the same inbox or needs a separate mailbox, including any cost.

Can I use it on my phone and computer?

We agree the devices and email apps you want to use, check compatibility and include the required setup in your quote. Browser access may also be available through your email provider.

Is business email included with an ABO website?

Professional business email is included in the standard ABO website setup. Your website quote confirms the mailbox provision and support included. Additional mailboxes or more complex requirements are agreed separately.

What are the ongoing costs?

Your quote sets out the initial setup and recurring costs, including the domain, email service and agreed management. Mailbox numbers, storage needs and any migration work are considered before the price is confirmed.
